Vegeta 'wisher's beware'

This is a character design for a fanfic writter on PaperDemon! She wrote a brilliant story for my picture Bulma's Broken heart and I felt I should do her a gift art in return for a such a beautifully written story! Vegeta is wearing a mask for a reason but I can't really tell you the reason because that would be giving the story away! She puts alot of effort into her stories and I think it would be wrong to give out the details without you actually reading it! She asked me to do this pic of him because she always wanted to know what her creation would look like drawn as she has only written a description of what he looks like! I think she came up with a great idea! The story is brilliant too!
